Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Student Bench Lab is operated by Adam on AI, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Student Bench Lab, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Student data is protected
Student work is private to the student, the professors who teach the class, and the administrators who run the service. We do not sell student data, we do not show advertising, and we do not share student data with third parties for their own purposes.
Student data is not used to train AI models. Student Bench Lab does not use a language model or any other machine-learning model to process student work, and we do not use student data to train any model.
What we collect
- Account details. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your email address and display name from that provider. We do not receive or store your password.
- Class information. The class keys you enter, the classes you are linked to, and your professor applications or vouches, if any.
- Practice and activity records. The circuits you build, the measurements you take, and the results of your attempts at activities.
- Session logs. While you use the bench, it records your actions, pointer movement and window focus. These logs are used to check practice baselines and certificate work, as described in the notice on the bench screen. You can download your session log from the bench.
- Progress and certificates. Which activities you have completed and any certificates you have earned.
- Technical records. Sign-in sessions and an access log that records administrative and professor views of student records, so that access can be reviewed.
How we use it
- To run the bench, save your work and show your progress.
- To let your professor see your work and progress for the classes you are enrolled in.
- To check that activity results and certificates are genuine, using statistical rules that are reviewed by the people who run the service.
- To keep the service secure and to respond to support requests.
Who can see your information
- You can see your own account, progress, certificates and session log.
- Your professor can see the work and progress of students in their classes.
- Administrators of Student Bench Lab can see records needed to run and secure the service.
- Sign-in providers. Google and Microsoft process your sign-in under their own privacy policies.
We do not share student data with any other third party.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as your class needs it. To ask for your data to be deleted, email adam@adamonai.com from the address you use to sign in. Some records, such as the access log, may be kept for a short time to show who viewed student records.
Your choices
You can download your session log from the bench at any time. You can ask us to correct your account details or to delete your data, as described above.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the bench before they take effect.
